As a Restaurant Manager you will be given the responsibility for your own location, where you can grow by managing the daily operations, the crew and the results of your location in Gasoline Grill.

Are you a motivating and fast-paced leader, who contributes to a positive work culture that never compromises our product of high standard? Do You pay attention to the surroundings, primarily Gasoline Grills guests and the performance of your crew?
We’re looking for someone who leads by example. As a manager, you’ll spend 70% of your time on the frontlines—working alongside your crew, flipping burgers, serving guests, and setting the standard for excellence. You pay close attention to your surroundings, ensuring our guests are delighted and your team performs at its best.
Your primary responsibility is to oversee the daily operations of your location, staying hands-on to maintain the highest quality, create memorable guest experiences, and nurture a great work environment for your crew

We will entrust you with the responsibility to take care of our brand, our concept & our people. We expect our guests to be met with kindness and our high quality, and that our food is handled and served with care.

· People management skills to encourage crew members to insure a great teamwork and work culture.
· Responsible for sales, budgets, inventory management, reporting, and training of crew

About Gasoline Grill
Gasoline Grill is a classic American inspired burger place (joint) based in Copenhagen. It opened its first burger bar in 2016 at an old gas station at Landgreven, a unique location in the center of the city.
Since its founding, it has been one of the fastest-growing burger concepts in Denmark. Today, Gasoline Grill owns and operates seven locations in the Copenhagen area (Landgreven, Niels Hemmingsens Gade, Carlsbergbyen, Værnedamsvej, Hellerup, Parken and Strandgade - a high-end food market curated and run by the Noma Group and situated by the Copenhagen Habour). As well as franchised locations in Tivoli and Copenhagen Airport.
The concept is simple and authentic, a perfected classic burger using only organic ingredients, of which a few are secret. There is a limited number of burgers each day. Therefore, only an opening hour, no closing hour - It simply closes when it gets sold out.
