As Area Manager, you will oversee 7 Restaurant Managers, driving performance, developing leadership capabilities, and ensuring an outstanding guest experience across all locations.

About Gasoline Grill 

Gasoline Grill was founded in 2016 and today we have 7 company-owned locations and 3 franchise restaurants, with around 150 employees representing more than 30 different nationalities. We are known for our organic burgers, but we are equally proud of the experience we provide to our guests and our employees.

We are open every day until sold-out. We use only fresh ingredients, no freezing of veggies, beef or buns. Every day, in each restaurant, we grind whole cuts of 100% organic beef and hand-form each patty.

The Role 

The Area Manager is a new role reporting into the Head of Operations, who are currently also managing the Restaurant Managers. You will be responsible for:

· Management of Restaurant Managers at our company-owned restaurants and support to mangers at the franchisees. This includes daily follow-up, 1:1s, arranging team meetings and fun team days

· Daily performance tracking of revenue, wage cost, cogs and other metrics relevant for Gasoline´s operation. We want to stay financially healthy so we can 1) make bold moves without taking wild risks, 2) reward those who create real value, 3) stay in control of where we’re going.

· Planning and executing sales initiatives

· Implementing hospitality initiatives

· Delivering exceptional quality in every single burger we serve

Who are you? 

We imagine you are already thriving in a similar role, or you may be a store or restaurant manager experienced in driving a performance culture and eager to take the next step.

We are looking for someone who is:

· People-focused, empathetic, and approachable in 1:1 meetings, while also being competitive and goal-driven, thriving on achieving and exceeding targets

· Confident in tracking performance and translating KPIs into actions.

· Skilled at coaching and developing managers building leadership capabilities.

· An excellent communicator. Clear and encouraging.

· Experienced in driving sales initiatives such as competitions, upselling, and local campaigns.

· Able to implement and maintain high hospitality and service standards consistently across all restaurants.

· Organized and structured, capable of balancing multiple priorities and locations. Able to implements SOPs and ensures consistent quality and service.

Practical Information

The position is full-time.

· Our office is located at Landemærket 5, CPH K. Our 10 restaurants are located the Copenhagen Area. We imagine you have 1-2 admin days at the office and 3-4 days visiting the restaurants

· We would like you to start as soon as possible but are happy to wait for the right candidate
