Running an operation that relies on super fresh ingredients and involves grinding whole cuts of 100% organic beef daily across our 10 restaurants brings its fair share of charming challenges.
At Gasoline Grill, Head of Operations is a varied role. You’ll build strong relationships with suppliers and franchisees, keeping operations running smoothly, improving processes, and supporting the team to work smarter.
You will manage the 2-3 Operations Assistants. We are also looking for an Area Manager for the Restaurant Managers, and for now, the Area Manager will report to Head of Operations.

Gasoline Grill was founded in 2016 and today we have 7 company-owned locations and 3 franchise restaurants, with around 150 employees representing more than 30 different nationalities. · Procurement and supplier relations, forecasting and ensuring the sourcing of high-quality ingredients, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with our key suppliers
· Operational Excellence: Identifying lack of structures and implementing formalized processes. This includes investigating the opportunity of centralizing order placement and scheduling at headquarters rather than at each restaurant
· Building and maintaining strong ties with franchisees, sharing best practices, supporting operations, and driving improvements
· Team leadership: Managing the Operations Assistants and the Area Manager
Who are you?
We imagine you are thriving in a similar role in procurement, supply chain or operations and eager to take the next step overseeing broader areas of the organisation. You hold a degree in a relevant field or a more general qualification, such as a cand.merc. We are looking for someone who:
· Is confident, outgoing, great at stakeholder management, empathetic and yet with strong negotiation skills
· Has strong logical reasoning
· Has a commercial mindset: Solid understanding of cost control, pricing and profitability drivers.
· Has operational leadership & people management skills– Experienced in multi-site operations (F&B, retail, hospitality). Skilled at leading and motivating teams.
· Has a hands-on and problem-solving mindset: Works both strategically and operationally. Comfortable being “on the ground” when needed, not just managing from behind a desk.
· Is a clear and diplomatic communicator in both Danish and English (our internal language is English)

Practical Information
· The position is full-time
· Our office is located at Landemærket 5, CPH K. Our 10 restaurants are located the Copenhagen area

About Gasoline Grill
Gasoline Grill is a classic American inspired burger place (joint) based in Copenhagen. It opened its first burger bar in 2016 at an old gas station at Landgreven, a unique location in the center of the city.
Since its founding, it has been one of the fastest-growing burger concepts in Denmark. Today, Gasoline Grill owns and operates seven locations in the Copenhagen area (Landgreven, Niels Hemmingsens Gade, Carlsbergbyen, Værnedamsvej, Købmagergade, Parken and Strandgade - a high-end food market curated and run by the Noma Group and situated by the Copenhagen Habour). As well as franchised locations in Hellerup, Tivoli and Copenhagen Airport.
The concept is simple and authentic, a perfected classic burger using only organic ingredients, of which a few are secret. There is a limited number of burgers each day. Therefore, only an opening hour, no closing hour - It simply closes when it gets sold out.
